This static website does not use analytics or marketing cookies. Contact and enquiry forms are submitted through Formspree. The newsletter sign-up form transmits your details to our provider Brevo with your explicit consent (see below).
Website access data
The hosting provider processes technically necessary server data such as IP address, request time, browser and operating system in order to deliver the website securely.
Email contact
If you contact us by email, your information is processed in order to respond to your inquiry and is deleted when no longer required, subject to statutory retention obligations.
Contact forms (Formspree)
When you submit a contact or enquiry form, the information you enter is transmitted to Formspree so the request can be processed. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, depending on the content of the request. For more information, see Formspree's privacy policy: formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
External services and video previews
Video previews are loaded as thumbnail images from YouTube or ytimg.com. This can transmit technically necessary access data such as IP address and browser information to Google/YouTube. The actual YouTube video is only loaded after you click a video preview. Links to Instagram, Spotify and Apple Music only connect to those services after you click them. Their own privacy policies apply.
Booking & ticket sales via pretix
The workshops page embeds functions and content of the service pretix, provided by pretix GmbH, Berthold-Mogel-Straße 1, 69126 Heidelberg, Germany. This includes the ticket shop, embedded as an overlay via a JavaScript widget. When you book a ticket, pretix uses a technically necessary cookie to enable the ordering process and to remember which cart belongs to you. The cookie is set as soon as you interact with the widget. Newsletter (Brevo)
We use the service Brevo to send our newsletter. When you sign up via the form, your email address and the date and time of sign-up are transmitted to and stored by Brevo. Sign-up uses the double opt-in procedure: after registering, you receive an email asking you to confirm your subscription. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of every email and thereby withdraw your consent. The form is embedded through a Brevo-hosted form; technically necessary cookies may be set in the process. For more information, see Brevo's privacy policy: brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy.
